Procedures:
- Submitting the application form at the Customer Services Center in the municipality for initial approval
- Following up with the Inspection Unit in the municipality to inspect the business location in real terms
- Obtaining the approval of the specialized departments inside the municipality if applicable
- Check with the office of AJCC in the municipality in order to obtain the approval for the trade name and issuing a business register and a membership certificate
- In case of establishing a new company, attested copy of the establishment contract must be attached along with all the necessary approvals in addition to recipts from the Ministry of trade as acceptance into the register of the companies.
- After all fees are paid, the application is submitted to the Customer Services Center in order to get the receipt.
- Receiving of the license is on the following day

How to establish a commercial, industrial or professional business in Ajman Free Zone
Dear Investor, you should head to the Investor service Center in Ajman Free Zone to fill out an application form pertaining to the business your are planning to establish and submit it along with the following documents:
- Passport copy with a passport size photo.
- Pay the applicable fees then submit the application to the person in charge at the Investor Services Center
- The trade license will be finalized during the same day.
- Regarding the industrial projects, please follow the same former steps in addition to the feasibility study of the project.
- The application will be finalized and delivered within two days

(Joint Liability Company , Partnership, and limited liability)
First: Joint Liability Company
Main Particulars
- To be constituted from two partners and more
- All partners shall be from the national of the United Arab Emirates
- The Partners shall be liable in their own funds and properties in regard to the company\s liabilities and no agreement shall be applied otherwise
- The bankruptcy of the company shall lead to the bankruptcy of all the partners
Secondly: Simple commanding Companies
Main particulars
- The company may be constituted from two partners or more
- partners are in two categories
- joint Liability Company category forms from nationals who shall be jointly liable in all their funds and properties for the Company’s liability
- category of one partner or partners in partnership companies shall only be liable within the limit of their shares in the capital.
- All partners in the partnership companies shall be national from the United Arab Emirates and their share in the company’s capital shall not be less than 51%
Thirdly: Limited Liability Company
Main Particulars
- The capital of this Company shall not be less than Dhs.150.000/- divided into equal negotiable shares and any amount of the same shall not be less than Dirhams One Thousand
- The partners shall be liable for the company’s liability other than in proportion to their shares in the capital
- The UAE nationals share shall not be less than 51% of the total shares
Fourthly: Services Agent
Main Particulars
- The national should be belong to Emirates of Ajman (holding a Passport issued through the Emirates of Ajman )
- The owner of license (non-national) shall be liable to meet shall liabilities pertaining the establishment towards the others
- The national shall not meet any liabilities arising in the name of the establishment or due to the conduct of the owner of the license
- For commercial license the license shall be one person while for the professional licenses he may share with other person (s) as Work Company
