ABOUT AJCCI
Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established in accordance with Charter No. I of 1977 and modified under Decree No.3 of 2002 promulgated by His Highness Al Sheikh Humiad bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, on April 29, 2002 in order to keep pace with modern economic development, globalization requirements, electronic and the informational revolution which becomes a part of our modern system all over the world.

The futuristic vision of the chamber is to have an influence on decision makers in respect to directing the investment for the good of the Emirate in order to escort the economical development rates in the region and the world, and to enhance the futuristic view of the role being played by business and investment to continue the integrated development of the Emirate, in addition to the open door policy to give the citizens the chance to play their role in the Emirate development, and finally the continues cooperation with international organizations to expand and strengthen the commercial and economical base in the Emirate specially the construction, tourism, and transport sectors, as well as focusing more on transformation manufacturing and services.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ajman realized that through practical policies to develop commercial relations with other countries and close cooperation with other authorities and governmental organizations in Ajman, the positive prospective from everybody, would attract huge and vital investment to the area in general and to Ajman in particular.
The Chamber Goals
According to the establishing law, the chamber works on achieving the following targets:
- Emphasizing the Emirate economical position, imposing its commercial, industrial, and agricultural capabilities, organizing activities, festivals, and programs required by promoting the Emirate economy, its commercial, industrial, agricultural firms.
- Organizing the commercial, industrial and agricultural interests and services related to it and work on its improvement.
- Cooperating with the competent authorities in all issues related to trade, industry, and agriculture and its practices in the Emirate.
- Relations building activities among the chamber and members, as well as the other chamber inside and outside the country according to the public interest requirement.
- Spreading commercial and industrial awareness in the Emirate.
- Enhancing the social and economical development and integration of Economical security between the entire country and the Emirate, regional, Arab world, and international.
- Promoting local made products and create a market for it in the international markets, working on increasing commercial and economical cooperation with other countries.
- Contributing in developing the behavior awareness in commercial transactions, and promoting the commercial honor behavior.
- Looking after the chamber members' interests by presenting services, information, and data required by their side to enable them to practice their commercial activity effectively and protecting their rights and solving their problems, as well as strengthen and encourage relations between them.
Chamber Activities:
- Participating in the Emirate's various festivals and seminars.
- Organizing activities which serve the general public in cooperation with other authorities and competent institutes in the Emirate.
- Organizing the summer training program for school students, to get summer training in various factories, and renowned companies in the Emirate.
- Organizing awareness courses for traders.
- Organizing industrial environmental lectures for the industrial sector.
- Setting visits programs for consulates and commercial representative bureaus.
- Organizing training courses to new investors to give them the required knowledge of economical and procedures various aspects.
